Tout client ayant manqué ou ayant annulé son rendez vous à moins de 48 heures de préavis à plus qu’une reprise, devra payer en avance pour obtenir un nouveau rendez-vous et ne sera pas remboursé si il ou elle manque le rendez-vous de nouveau.

Customers who have missed or cancelled their appointment at less than 48  hours notice more than once, will have to pay in advance in order to book a new appointment and they will not be reimbursed if they miss the appointment again.
